LCWR's initial goals

LCWR's initial goals are:

To educate the Latino community around the issue of their right to organize; what the Employee Free Choice Actwould do to facilitate that process and why it is deemed necessary so as to gain their support.

To develop leadership within the Latino community to ensure that Latino workers understand their rights and can defend themselves in the workplace.
