A Holiday Season Rooted in Community, Justice, and Solidarity
Querida familia LCLAA,
As we enter the holiday season, LCLAA invites all members, familia y amigos, to unite in solidarity and shared purpose. This season reminds us of the power of community, organization, and the importance of standing up for justice — especially for the working families who are the heart and backbone of our country.
As we gather with our loved ones, countless immigrant workers continue to face uncertainty, the threat of deportation, exploitation, and unjust working conditions. Their labor sustains and strengthens our communities, yet their rights and dignity are too often overlooked. This holiday season, we ask every LCLAA member to take a moment to advocate for working families– by speaking out, organizing, and showing compassion in action.
Let us carry the spirit of the holidays into our ongoing work: advancing fair wages, safe workplaces, and protections for all workers, regardless of immigration status. Together, we can build a future where every worker is valued, every voice is heard, and every family can celebrate with dignity and peace.
This holiday season, let’s stand united for justice!
Felices Fiestas.
In Solidarity,
Evelyn DeJesus,
LCLAA National President.
