On October 8, 2025, we mark Latina Equal Pay Day, the day Latinas finally catch up to what white, non-Hispanic men were paid in 2024. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the National Latina Equal Pay Campaign. For a decade, we have raised awareness, mobilized our communities, and demanded change. Yet, Latinas working full-time, year-round are still paid just 58¢ for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men.

LCLAA invites all members and chapters to download, print, and share the Workers Deserve Week of Action graphics, posters, and one-pager. Use them to hand out at rallies, post on the bulletin board, and spread the word online.
